Customer service at this location is HORRIBLE! I called for months to get an appointment for the oral surgeon. Can you believe that they have one secretary for the oral surgery department for all the offices? This place is a joke. When I took my daughter in for her appointment (which I finally received after they rescheduled me 3 times!!) they requested the authorization & paperwork which they had already received. I commented to the secretary that I was surprised she still had a job and that Greenberg is still open because their service to patients is disgusting. They did not let me go in the room with my daughter while she was having her surgery stating that it was against office policy. I regret taking her to this facility and hope to never have to deal with them again. They did a horrible job on her oral surgery and now she is needing oral surgery again. So disappointing, I hate this place.
