  Horrible answering service, Michelle could not spell my name three times. Have left numerous messages and have not had a call back.
  
  They call themselves an "Emergency Service" but the ability of the answering service negates this.
  
  I spent 5 HOURS in the chair with their so called "emergency service" and they didn't finish the job!
  
  The head dentist insisted that my tooth couldn't be saved and needed pulling. This was not the case and I still have this tooth.
  
  The office REFUSED to call my insurance company, had to call them myself.
