  I feel I got robbed at this salon. They ruined my hair and the manager isn't helpful at all. The towels used smelled stinky and the their complimentary water had 2 dead fruit flies floating in it. Also, I had a chemical burn due to the solution they used on my hair. The burning sensation lasted a few days and I ended up with a scab. I was unsatisfied with their service and the manager said I had to pay extra $ to fix it. I don't understand why I have to pay more for unsatisfactory service? In short, no refund AND you have to pay more to fix it. I would never go back to this salon. I found a better, higher end salon just a few miles away that was able to fix my hair. My advise to other clients is do your research, don't trust fake reviews, learn from real client experiences.
